Applying craftsmanship
1. Configure finished products with reference to the formula design principle of formulating water-soluble stoving paints;
2. According to customer requirements, alcohol or alcohol ether co-solvents can be added to adjust the viscosity and surface drying rate, and the addition amount can be adjusted to 5-30%;
3. The ratio of resin and amino resin is about (4-6): 1 (weight ratio);
4. This resin can not add leveling agent and dispersing agent, and add a small amount of special materials;
5. Add 2.5-5% adhesion agent when used for aluminum profile, zinc alloy and stainless steel material baking paint;
6. According to the different coating processes, use water as a diluent to adjust to the appropriate viscosity;
Seven, the baking temperature is 120-180 ℃, and the baking temperature is about 30min (the baking temperature is set according to the thickness of the workpiece).
