This product is polymerized from acrylic acid and its lipid monomers and other special processes. The product is suitable for surface protection and decorative coating resins such as glass and metal workpieces with performance requirements (such as weather resistance, optical transparency, etc.); The finished coating has excellent adhesion performance and optical transparency; high gloss, good leveling, excellent weather resistance; high hardness, good wear resistance, good chemical resistance; mainly used in the manufacture of water-based varnishes and paints .

Application process

1. Refer to the formula design principle of water-soluble baking paint to configure the finished product;

2. According to customer requirements, alcohol or alcohol ether co-solvents can be added to adjust the viscosity and surface drying rate, and the addition amount can be adjusted to 5-30%;

3. The ratio of resin and amino resin is about (3-5):1 (weight ratio);

4. This resin can not add leveling agent and dispersing agent, and add a small amount of special materials;

5. Add 2.5-5% adhesive when used for glass baking paint;

6. Add 1.0-2.0% adhesion promoter for metal baking paint;

7. According to the different coating processes, use water as a diluent to adjust to the appropriate viscosity;

Eight, the baking temperature is 120-180 ℃, the baking temperature is about 30min (the specific time depends on the workpiece requirements, baking temperature and paint film 

thickness).

9. Use pure water-based resin-free color paste;
