Applying craftsmanship
1. Configure finished products with reference to the formula design principle of formulating water-soluble stoving paints;
2. According to customer requirements, alcohol or alcohol ether co-solvents can be added to adjust the viscosity and surface drying rate, and the addition amount can be adjusted to 5-30%;
3. The ratio of resin and amino resin is about (4-6): 1 (weight ratio);
4. This resin can not add leveling agent and dispersing agent, and add a small amount of special materials;
5. Add 2.5-5% adhesive when used for glass baking paint;
6. Add 1.0-2.0% adhesion promoter for metal baking paint;
7. According to the different coating processes, use water as a diluent to adjust to the appropriate viscosity;
8. The baking temperature is 120-180℃, and the baking temperature is about 30min (the baking conditions are related to the thickness of the workpiece).
9. Use pure water-based resin-free color paste;
